National Scout Jamboree

Make Your Jamboree Trip Historical

Kicking off the 2019 Jamboree at Arlington National Cemetery will be a powerful experience. You'll feel the bravery of the men fallen for our freedom, the integrity they upheld, and their unwavering loyalty to our great nation.  It will make you want to know more. More about what they fought for, their triumphs and ultimate losses, how they are honored, and how you can do your part.

The answers to those questions are found just blocks from the cemetery and all around Washington D.C. Like many scout troops do before heading to the Jamboree, we encourage you to take a few days to explore the city. Walk some of the most influential halls in our nation, immerse yourself in real life history lessons, and discover the character developing opportunities in our nation's capitol.

Educational Travel Adventures has been a leader in educational travel for 25 years and we take pride in our unique and authentic trips. We do not operate the run of the mill D.C. trips, but customize the experience to your troop, your interests and goals.

Each "must-see" site will be accompanied with background and education from your Tour Manager. Each step of the trip they will be recounting stories, answering inquisitive minds' questions, and making sure your scouts gets the absolute most out of each stop. With a laser focus on affordability, safety and support, we hope to partner with you to create a trip of a lifetime!

We will create one trip that includes the D.C. experience with your Jamboree at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia . We will handle logistic details in both locations and all activities in D.C. This will enable you experience the trip with your troop, provide a seamless transition between two destinations, and remove the every day tasks of group travel from your shoulders.
